    I was introduced to the Smoking Goat Hot Blonde Pepper as a topping for Salmon. It was so amazing, I had to find this gold mine spice. Now its a staple in my kitchen. Add it too mashed potatoes, roasted potatoes, shoot french fries even. It is AUH-Mazing on seafood. But my absolute FAVORITE pairing is the Hot Blonde as a rub for Venison Steaks. Several times people have asked, what is that flavor?!!!! And I introduce them to Smoking Goat! I also love love LOVE the smoked salt. These two spices are mixed together in a container in my home as my “homespice”. Love it, Love y’all! Love Grainger County Smoking Goat Spices!! Try you some, your food will love it and so will you!

    We purchased this locally while visiting Tennessee a year or so ago and had to return to purchase more. BUT, it was no longer being sold at that establishment so we did an online search to find it and were so happy we did! Our family loves this and uses it in such a variety of ways!

    Got a free sample of hot blonde almost a year ago and lemme tell ya. This stuff is bomb-diggity. I’ve used it sparingly to make it last, but that’s the best part. You don’t need much and it drastically changes any meal you add it to. I highly recommend this flavor and I’m super excited for Smoking Goat to come out with more flavors!
